Hardware Requirements

Another action that is taken by Microsoft is that they have have announced the minimum standard requirements for Windows 7 to run on a system. The basic hardware requirements are different for both 32 and 64 bit machines they are the processor should be if 1GHzx86 processor and 1GHzx86-64 processor respectively, the memory (ram) should be 1GB for 32 bit processor and 2GB for 64 bit processor. The graphic card specifications are the same for both the processors that is DirectX 9 graphic processor with WDDM driver model 1.0. The Hard Disk Drive should have 16 GB and 20 GB of free space respectively for the 32 bit and 64 bit processor.
