Your data is at the mercy of a third-party company (you better make sure you trust them).
It may be difficult (or even impossible) to migrate massive amounts of data from the provider.
Physical location of hardware and software is unkown.
Site inspections and audits are hard.

    That is a major issue regarding cloud computing, your data and the services are at the mercy of the third party. The user must have a look on the reliability of the cloud, as security is concerned the users data is heavily encrypted and the user can define the accessibility of the data as private,public.
